You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phwil account, whether or not you authorised it. phwil reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. phwil reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance. Any remaining balance will be returned to you upon request.
phwil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwil does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on phwil is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of your withdrawal request. phwil does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
phwil may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account. phwil's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phwil's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The phwil Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwil makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phwil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwil will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phwil Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
